Founded by Diena “Dee” Mosely, a retired Command Chief Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force and nationally recognized leadership strategist, Authentic Fusion draws from over two decades of real-world experience in organizational development, human capital strategy, and program execution. Dee’s leadership philosophy is rooted in authenticity, clarity, and action—and it informs every solution we deliver.

Our Experience

Executive Consultant, Personnel & Manpower (USAF - Headquarters Pentagon)

Our team successfully delivered comprehensive plans and policies for the effective management of military and civilian personnel within the Air Force. Our services included developing optimal staffing models, tailored training pathways, detailed scheduling, and resource allocation strategies. We also provided training for employees on team-building methods, succession planning, and collaborative techniques essential for the successful accomplishment of tasks and projects.

 

We developed force development plans and established a framework for career progression for over 400,000 personnel across 116 specialties. Our strategic initiatives included the creation and management of leadership-focused training programs for both in-person and virtual delivery, supporting the Talent Management Division and the Voluntary Education Training Office. This also encompassed programs aimed at supporting members transitioning out of military service.

 

Through these efforts, Authentic Fusion promoted a culture of excellence and preparedness within the Air Force, fostering a highly skilled, adaptable workforce. Our work enhanced personnel management and development efforts, directly contributing to increased mission effectiveness and operational readiness by ensuring members were fully equipped to meet evolving challenges.

Project Manager, SES Development Training - (DHS - ICE)

Authentic Fusion designed and delivered a series of leadership seminars for senior-level employees within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with a primary focus on Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). These seminars were developed to support ICE’s initiatives to recruit and retain Senior Executive Service (SES) members.

 

We created and implemented an updated SES Development training course that incorporated the Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) and essential leadership competencies. The course guided participants through the development of strong ECQs using the Challenge-Context-Action-Result (CCAR) model, preparation for SES interviews, resume development, formulation of Technical Qualifications (TQs), and an in-depth understanding of the ICE SES recruitment process.

 

Each seminar accommodated up to 15 senior-level employees and provided comprehensive, hands-on training in Resume Writing, ECQ and TQ Development, and Interview Preparation. Our strategic and tailored approach enhanced the leadership pipeline by equipping internal candidates with the necessary tools and knowledge to pursue SES opportunities, ultimately contributing to the strengthening of homeland security and public safety.

Civilian Leadership Development Program (NAVIFOR)

The Authentic Fusion Team delivered specialized coaching services for civilian mid-level supervisors within the Navy, showcasing our expertise in impactful executive coaching and leadership development. We facilitated executive coaching sessions and interactive workshops focused on expanding leadership perspective and cultivating a workplace culture that values representation and psychological safety.

Our services emphasized the importance of embracing a wide range of experiences and viewpoints to strengthen team cohesion and enhance organizational performance. Through targeted strategies, we guided participants in recognizing and addressing unconscious bias, while fostering environments where individuals feel respected, valued, and empowered to contribute.

We designed and delivered a comprehensive two-day curriculum, including a course delivery guide, interactive activities, a structured exercise schedule, participant workbooks, and facilitation tools. The training focused on identifying exclusionary behaviors and building habits that support workplace equity and respectful collaboration.

Each session featured dynamic workshops, personalized assessments, peer discussions, and actionable strategies. Our approach helped participants explore how identity and lived experience shape communication, decision-making, and team dynamics. By blending theory with real-world application, Authentic Fusion enabled NAVIFOR personnel to strengthen their leadership skills and build more connected, culturally competent teams—ultimately enhancing mission readiness and organizational success.

Meet The CEO

​Diena “Dee” Mosely is a strategic professional, master communicator, and leadership development expert with over 28 years of dedicated service in the United States Air Force.  As the Senior Enlisted Leader for the Air Force Enlisted Voluntary Education program, Dee played a pivotal role in providing essential resources that empowered Airmen to achieve their off-duty educational goals. She facilitated access to programs such as the Montgomery GI Bill and tuition assistance, and supported the transition of military personnel from active duty to civilian careers through the SkillBridge program.


Concluding her military career in 2023, Dee leaves behind a legacy marked by a comprehensive portfolio of success across various prestigious roles in healthcare administration, technical training, and space operations. Her influence spans over 100 speaking engagements nationwide and multiple high-level strategic leadership assignments, where she significantly shaped policy and operations at the highest echelons of government and military.

She is passionate about nurturing the next generation of leaders and emphasizes the importance of self-awareness and integrity in effective leadership.

Dee holds a Master of Science in Management, a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education, and a Department of Defense Leadership Certificate from the University of North Carolina. Currently, she serves as a Senior Project Manager for the Department of Homeland Security and actively sits on the General Education Competencies board for Columbia Southern University.
