Meet The Visionary
Diena "Dee" Mosely is the Host, Founder, and Director of SheLeads: P3 Summit - a leadership experience she first envisioned in 2020 and brought to life in November 2025 as a movement for real, unfiltered dialogue among women leading across military, government, homelife, and industry. She is also the co-creator of HeThrives: W3 Summit, the brother experience built to give men that same brave, intentional space to lead with honesty, courage, and clarity.
A retired Command Chief Master Sergeant, Senior Project Manager, and CEO of Authentic Fusion LLC, Dee draws on more than three decades of leading high-impact teams and commanding global education initiatives that served over 260,000 military members and families worldwide. Her work centers on creating power-filled spaces where leaders move beyond surface talk, share real stories, and gain practical tools for navigating transition, workplace politics, and the everyday realities of leadership at every stage of life and career.
A sought-after speaker featured on HeroFront, The Warrior Within, S.W.Y.M. Podcast, and various other stages nationwide, Dee designs transformative summits and learning experiences that blend strategic insight with real-world leadership lessons. Off the mic, she serves as Director, Military Family Programs at Columbia Southern University — always championing those who are called to lead and ready to grow.
